Our house is a charming Mediterranean villa of 180 m² on 1600m² of land.

It benefits from a calm and relaxing environment.

Everything you need to live outside : 3 terraces, beautiful traditional 9m /4.5m secure swimming pool (security cover), barbecue, very neat interior and quality services !

  Saint Jean de Cornies, a charming little village, is ideally located: 20 km northeast of Montpellier, between the sea and the Cévennes.

The beaches are 30 minutes from the house. Montpellier and Nîmes, very dynamic cultural sites, offer numerous museums, exhibition halls and festivals all year round.

For nature lovers, the magnificent Languedoc and Cévennes hinterland offers very beautiful landscapes, ideal for hiking or swimming in the river in the Hérault gorges.

 

An environment of vineyards, pine forests and scrubland offers lovely walks or bike rides departing from the house.
20 minutes by car: in Montpellier the Odysséum center, a large leisure center (ice rink, aquarium, planetarium, cinemas, bowling, restaurants, etc.)
